- Paid plans automatically renew unless canceled
- All payments are final unless stated otherwise
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Users must NOT:
- Upload illegal, misleading, or copyrighted content
- Use Ad Audits for deceptive ads
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform
- Violate Meta Ads or Google Ads policies
6. AI Insights Disclaimer
- AI-generated insights are provided as recommendations only
- Users must review all AI feedback before implementation
- Ad Audits is not liable for ad rejections, bans, or financial losses
7. Data Privacy & Security
We process ad creatives but do not store them permanently. Our Privacy Policy covers detailed information about how we handle your data. We comply with GDPR and Australian privacy laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ad Audits is not responsible for:
- Revenue loss due to ad performance
- Account bans from advertising platforms
- Any AI-generated feedback leading to unexpected results
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 6 months.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of Ad Audits after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
